Mimmilä Shop's online store produces and sells self-designed stickers and resells various products for planning from various brands. The self produced products are for the buyer's personal use and may not be copied or resold for profit.
Copying or reproducing any images or graphics of the products is prohibited. The graphics used in the stickers are self-designed or obtained through third parties or service providers.
Mimmilä Shop adheres to all laws and regulations related to business and other self-imposed obligations. Mimmilä Shop pays taxes in Finland. By purchasing from us, you support small business in Finland.
Products can be ordered through the Mimmilä Shop online store. Customer information provided during the ordering process will be treated confidentially. The customer's contact information will be used to fulfill the customer's order and for the Mimmilä Shop customer register. You can read more about the register statement here. An order confirmation or receipt will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
When placing an order through the Mimmilä Shop online store, you are required to have read, understood, and agreed to the general terms and conditions on this page. By clicking the "buy" button, you accept the online store's practices and general terms.
DELIVERY METHODS AND DELIVERY COSTS
Mimmilä Shop delivers orders to European Union customers by un tracked letter and postal packages. You can see all our current shipping prices here.
The price of the shipping varies depending on the weight of your order. The Online Shop gives the shipping price and method automatically. The price includes shipping and packaging materials. Mimmilä Shop online store reserves the right to change the price of postage.
DELIVERY TIME AND TERMS OF DELIVERY
Orders are typically shipped within 7-10 business days from the date of the order. During periods of high demand, shipping may take more than 14 business days. However, every effort is made to ship orders as quickly as possible. When an order is shipped, the customer will receive a notification via email.
Delivery times varies depending on the chosen shipping method and the destination country.
If your order does not arrive within 35 business days from when it's being shipped, please contact email@example.com by email.
If the customer wants to place an additional order in addition to the existing order and combine the orders to the same delivery, the customer must contact the online store either via the contact form or directly by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org before placing the additional order.
If the original order has already been shipped, it is not possible to combine orders. When considering an additional order, ALWAYS contact the us and check if the original order has been shipped or not!
Mimmilä Shop is not responsible for shipping errors. However, in case of problems, you can always contact us using the contact form or by e-mail, and the matter will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Mimmilä Shop's payment services are PayPal, card payment (Stripe).
In addition to PayPal, you can pay in the online store with the most common credit cards, such as Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard. Payment always takes place in a protected view, so payment is always safe.
The online store does not have access to card information, and payment card information is not stored.

CUSTOMER RETURNS, PRODUCT DEFECTS OR ORDER CANCELLATION
If you want to make a product complaint or return products, you must first always notify us in within 14 days of the products' arrival, either via the online store's contact form or by e-mail at email@example.com. Remember to state your contact information and order number!
Product complaints or product returns must be completed within 14 days of the products' arrival at the latest. The customer pays the return costs, unless it is a product defect. Please always check the condition of the products after receiving the order!
Cancellation of the order must always be made within 24 hours of the order, either via the online store's contact form or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. The products to be returned must be in their original packaging, unused and in original condition!
All complaints, returns, and cancellations or lost shipments are handled on a case-by-case basis.
