The Purpose of personal data
The purpose of processing personal data is to maintain the customer relationship between the online store and the customer, to deliver orders to the customer, and to track the customer's orders. Tracking orders does not include determining the whereabouts of a lost shipment due to the nature of un tracked letter mail, unless the customer has chosen a tracked shipping method.
Data content of the register
When placing an order, the customer provides the following information: first name, last name, postal address, postal code, postal address, destination country, IP address, as well as any additional information related to the order and the ordered products.
If necessary, information related to the delivery of the order, such as order tracking information, is added to the data. The register also stores the customer's voluntary permission to send marketing communications.

A person in the register also has the right to demand the correction of incorrect information in the register. You can request the correction of a registry error using the online store's contact form or directly by email.
Storage period of data in the customer register
The administrator of the customer register keeps the data for as long as it is essential for the maintenance of the customer relationship or as required by the Finnish law. The data in the register can be removed at the request of the person in question, unless legislation prevents the data from being deleted.
